How to Use EyeMed Vision Care

Once you enroll in your EyeMed plan, either as an individual or under a family plan, it’s easy to use your benefits at any of our Pearle Vision EyeCare Centers. All you have to do is select a location, book an appointment and go in for an eye exam. If you don’t have your insurance card, don’t worry. Just give us the subscriber’s full name and date of birth and we will obtain your benefit eligibility from EyeMed. Things to expect during your eye exam include: a review of your patient history, a comprehensive eye exam and discussion about your lens or contact lens options (if needed).

EyeMed Discounts on Additional Pairs

Patients with EyeMed insurance can benefit from discounts on additional purchases of lenses and/or frames. Depending on your plan, you can get up to 40% off an extra pair of eyeglasses or up to 20% off either lenses or frames only. Some patients may even benefit from up to 20% off non-prescription sunglasses and accessories. Make sure to review your plan to see if any of these discounts apply to you.

After your eye exam, use your discount to shop in our frame selection and choose from a variety of designer brands, such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Coach and Vogue. Our eye care experts will be there to help you pick the right frames according to your style preference, face shape and prescription.
